Do I need any telecoms knowledge to become a partner?
Not at all. Your job is to make the introduction — we handle every technical and product conversation from that point onwards. You don’t need to know anything about networks, tariffs, or contracts.

What if I already provide some telecoms services to my customers?
No problem. Tell us what you cover and we won’t go near it. If we spot an opportunity in your space while working with one of your customers, we’ll pass it straight back to you.

Is there a minimum number of introductions I need to make?
No. There are no targets, no minimums, and no pressure. Introduce as many or as few customers as works for your business.

How and when do I get paid?
Commission is paid regularly and you’ll always have full visibility of what you’re owed. Your Partner Manager will walk you through the specifics during onboarding.

What happens when a customer renews their contract?
You get paid 10% again — automatically, with no further action needed from you. Most providers offer nothing on renewals. We do, because we think it’s the right thing to do.

How long does it take to get set up as a partner?
Most partners are fully set up and ready to go within a week of their first conversation with us. The process is simple, straightforward, and completely free.
