What happens after 12 months?
Your price moves to £59.95 a month +VAT from month 13 until the end of your 36-month plan. That’s still £3.55 a month less than O2 Business direct.
Will my price go up?
Yes, by £1.50 a month +VAT every April for businesses with 10 staff or less. Afix percentage increase applies to businesses with 10+ staff, the same as buying from O2 direct. No surprises beyond that.
When do the AirPods arrive?
At the same time as your iPhone. One delivery, nothing to claim.
Can I get a different storage size?
Yes. This price is for 256GB. Tell us what you need when we call and we’ll quote for 512GB or 1TB.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. If your number is with another network, we’ll port it across for you.
What is a Flex Plan?
Your plan isn’t set and forgotten. We review it with you during your 36 months and, where there’s a way to lower your costs, such as a better-value plan or bolt-on, we’ll find it and help you switch. Annual price rises still apply as stated, but we’ll always look for ways to offset them.
